Biography / Artist Statement
I’m a Texas native, currently living in the Hill Country, Austin, TX. I earned my chops as an Urban Sketcher in pen/ink/watercolor for a year, then dived head into oil painting which led me into Gallery shows, representation, published articles, major award winning art shows, gallery representation, and commercial and private commissions. In the last past 2 years I’ve been expanding my knowledge of painting, exploring different styles and techniques ranging from realistic, impressionistic, and abstract to modern. I have a passion for taking part in the great history of painting and making interesting paintings to look at and collect.
